AEG Washing Machine Error Codes and What They Mean

 AEG machines show codes like E10, E20, E30, E40, E50, E60, etc. Here's what these tell you—and simple solutions for most.

E10 / E11 / E12 – Water Fill Error

What it means: The machine isn't filling with water properly—either due to low water pressure, blocked inlet hose, faulty valve, or trapped air

E20 / E21 – Drainage Error

What it means: Failure to drain water due to blockages in the filter, pump, or hose.
Fix:



E30 / E31 / E32 / E35 / E38 – Pressure Sensor / Overfill
Meaning: The sensor that measures drum water level (pressostat) is faulty or clogged.
Fix:


E40 / E41 / E42 / E43 / E44 / E45 – Door Issues

Meaning: Door didn't lock/unlock or latch correctly. Could be overload, worn latch, or faulty lock sensor.
